At Mudpuppy, we want you to love your new style, but if something isn't quite right, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Package Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original fashion tags are still intact.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
